From July of this year the name of our hotel,
GRAND JAPANING HOTEL OMIYA, changed to M’s INN OMIYA MATSUURA.

Speaking of sightseeing spots in Kyoto,
the Higashiyama area including Kiyomizu Temple and Arashiyama are particularly famous,
but the Omiya area with its history as the base of the Shinsengumi,
a kind of special police who was active at the end of the Tokugawa period, is also one of the popular areas.

From M’s INN OMIYA MATSUURA, it is easy to access to other parts of city
since the nearest train Hankyu Omiya station and the subway “Shijo station” are within walking distance,
making it convenient to go to Karasuma / Kawaramachi area, which is the downtown of Kyoto.
